2026 Climate Case Competition Runner Up

Daniel Palmer is a student in the College studying economics. He placed second in the 2026 Climate Case Competition with team Maroon Energy.

“The reason why I decided to enter this competition is I hope to go into energy and economic policy advising in Washington DC, so this policy competition is very similar to the work that I would do as a career. What I found most enjoyable about the competition is leveraging both quantitative and qualitative aspects of policy for a conclusion.”
