Danielle Duble is a second-year undergraduate in the College, double majoring in Environment, Geography, & Urbanization and Climate & Sustainable Growth. She is interested in the convergence of urban policy, environmental justice, and clean energy transitions, particularly how cities can equitably respond to climate change.

On campus, she conducts ecology and evolution research in the Kreiner Laboratory, contributing to ongoing studies on herbicide resistance and plant adaptation. She is also deeply involved in sustainability leadership through Student Government, the Phoenix Sustainability Initiative, and the NAACP, where she advances waste reduction initiatives, composting expansion, and intersectional environmental advocacy. Through her research, policy work, and international experience in energy markets and green technology, she is committed to building resilient, community-centered urban systems.
