Stella Moy is the Operations Manager at the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Growth, responsible for operational workflow and facilities management. With career experience in facility management, capital project delivery, and operations support she held manager roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Bank of America, and the University of Chicago – Harris School of Public Policy and Facilities Services. Her projects spanned across the U.S. central region, metro areas on the east and west coasts and globally the Americas in Canada and Brazil. Capital projects include adaptive reuse, major and minor renovations, building systems infrastructure, and LEED certification. Accredited as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental LEED professional, she works on environmental and sustainability program educational awareness, energy usage, and campus-wide initiatives.
Prior to working in operations, Stella was an interior architecture designer and project manager with large and medium architecture firms. She holds a BA in Art History from University of Chicago, MA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and MBA from DePaul University.
Stella enjoys traveling, visiting art museums and architectural icons.
