Hannah joins the team with 15 years of Government contracting experience as a warranted ($5M) contracting officer and contract specialist previously working for the Department of the Army and Department of Energy (DOE). Hannah started her career in acquisition as an intern in 2010 with the United States Army Special Operations Command in Fort Bragg, NC. After graduating with a BS in Finance from Fayetteville State University, Hannah worked at three different Army Contracting Commands negotiating, managing, and administering contracts for Fort Bragg, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and Letterkenny Army Depot. In 2016, Hannah joined DOE and broadened her acquisition and procurement skills to include Federal research grants and the Small Business Innovative Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program for basic energy research and commercialization. Hannah worked on several complex grants and cooperative agreements, including research operations in an underground mine and the most powerful rare-isotope accelerator.
In her free time, Hannah likes to hike local nature preserves, work in her vegetable and flower gardens, and hang out with her husband, two children, dog and eight chickens.
