A Groundbreaking Education Program

The Chicago Curriculum will serve as the foundation for a groundbreaking education program coordinated by the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Growth. The education program will combine classroom and experiential learning with real-world experience, training and mentorship to produce the next generation of energy and climate leaders.

Any preparation of the next generation of climate leaders would be incomplete without real-world experiences and comprehensive mentoring. In addition to forming a degree program, the Institute hosts several programs to help students understand the climate change landscape and career trajectories within it.

Degree Programs

The Chicago Curriculum will provide the pedagogical foundation for a series of new degree programs at the University of Chicago. The Institute looks to sponsor an interdisciplinary undergraduate major in addition to master’s programs. More to come soon.

Working closely with key partners, the Institute offers a series of career treks that expose students to careers in energy and climate.
