Yura Mizutani is a rising third-year undergraduate majoring in Economics and Mathematics. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of environmental policy and international political economy, with a particular focus on transboundary water governance. She will continue serving as a research assistant under Professor Koichiro Ito on empirical microeconomic research in energy markets and policy, including projects on solar subsidies and power outages.
