Job Title: Human Resources Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on
experience in all areas of HR within a boutique investment banking firm. This internship offers exposure
to HR practices that support investment banking professionals facilitating the global energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Campus Recruiting Manager to support summer programs, including onboarding,
offboarding, training & development, and employee engagement - Support applicant tracking system (ATS) management, including managing job requisitions
and ensuring data accuracy across recruitment workflows - Screen resumes and organize candidate pipelines for summer 2027 internships
- Assist in maintaining employee Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accuracy and
reporting needs - Participate in weekly HR team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
Skills & Qualifications:
- Class of 2027 or 2028 college graduate
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to HR
initiatives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as
part of a team - Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and
professionalism
