“Growing up in Vietnam, I saw how access to reliable electricity could shape everyday life and how climate-related disruptions affected communities differently. Those experiences taught me that energy policy isn’t just about infrastructure or economics; it’s about people. In the long term, I hope to bring the knowledge and perspective I gain at Harris back to Vietnam, contributing to policies that strengthen energy security while helping Vietnam navigate its own energy transition.”
