Elijah Jenkins is a third-year at the University of Chicago (College ’26), majoring in Law, Letters, and Society & Race, Diaspora, and Indigeneity. An Indigenous Pacific Islander of Chamorro heritage, Elijah interned with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, contributing to Indo-Pacific policy and regional initiatives. He serves as the Student Body President, advocating for inclusive policies and representing diverse voices. Passionate about indigenous rights and climate justice, Elijah is dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities and driving meaningful change through global policy discussions.
