Alicia Brown is the Human Resources & Academic Affairs Generalist for the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Growth and will serve as a key contributor to the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive support in HR operations. She brings over 8 years of HR experience, primarily in academia at Saint Xavier University and the University of Chicago, as well as in private equity. Her expertise includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and streamlined system integrations and employee onboarding. She’s passionate about being people-first, growth-oriented, and a strategic partner. Alicia thrives on aligning HR strategies with broader business and academic goals and look forward to partnering with the Institute teams to drive success.
